落ち着いた宿を目指す私達からのお願い事

  • 私共は大きなホテルとは違い木造の普通の建物です。
    　同日にお泊まりのお客様同士が、気持ちよく一晩を過ごしていただく（お休みいただく）為にいくつかのお願いをして予約をいただいております。
  • 全館、敷地内は禁煙です。喫煙できるスペースは館内、館外共にございません。
    （電子タバコ含む）客室の窓からの喫煙も厳禁です。後で喫煙が判明した場合には特別清掃費用（３万円）を請求させていただきます。
    　大変申し訳ありませんが、お部屋内や寝具、館内にタバコの匂いが染み付きますので、普段から喫煙される方のご予約は極力お控え下さい。
    （非喫煙者の方が快適に当宿をご利用頂くため、受動喫煙の防止を実施し、非喫煙者専用の宿を目指しております）
  • 落ち着いた時間を過ごしていただく為に、大学生、高校生以下のお子様のご利用、添い寝幼児（乳幼児含む）の方の受け入れは一才しておりません。ご宿泊当日に発覚した場合は、当日キャンセル扱いとなりますのでご了承ください。
  • フロントは２４時間対応でない為、妊娠中の方や重篤な疾病をお持ちの方の緊急対応が出来ません。
    　ご予約を固くお断りしています。ご理解ください。
  • チェックインの最終のお時間は20時です。（夕食付のプランは１８時です）。
    　20時を過ぎるとキャンセルとして取り扱われることがございますので、遅れる場合は必ずお電話してください
  • 夜10時から翌朝7時までは玄関は施錠しております。深夜や早朝の出入りは出来ませんのでご了承下さい。特に登山を目的とする旅行でのご宿泊のお客様はご注ください。

　小さな宿泊施設ですので、マナーとお気遣いにご協力ください。

Our Requests from Those Seeking a Peaceful Stay

  • We are a typical wooden building, unlike large hotels. To ensure that guests staying on the same day can spend a comfortable night, we have a few requests and reservations in place.
  • The entire premises are non-smoking. There are no designated smoking areas within or outside the facility. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited from the room windows. In the event of smoking being detected later, a special cleaning fee (30,000 yen) will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we ask that those who usually smoke refrain from making reservations with us. (To provide a comfortable experience for non-smokers, we are implementing measures to prevent passive smoking and aiming to create a smoke-free environment.)
  • In order to provide a peaceful atmosphere, we do not accept reservations for university students, high school students, or children under high school age, including infants and toddlers.
  • As our front desk is not open 24 hours, we cannot provide emergency assistance to pregnant individuals or those with serious illnesses. We regretfully decline such reservations. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The final check-in time is 8:00 PM (6:00 PM for plans that include dinner). If you arrive after 8:00 PM, it may be treated as a cancellation, so please be sure to call us if you will be arriving late.
  • From 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM, the entrance will be locked. Please be aware that entry and exit are not possible during late night or early morning hours.

Since we are a small accommodation facility, we kindly request your cooperation in maintaining good manners and consideration.
